Tuggle Duggins Elects Four Directors

Jesse W. Anderson represents clients in a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, entity formations, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining Tuggle Duggins, he served as vice president of his family’s closely held business in Orlando, Florida. Jesse received his undergraduate degree (B.S., summa cum laude) from the University of Central Florida and his law degree (J.D.) from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Erin C. V. Bailey works exclusively in the areas of ERISA, employee benefits and estate planning. She is currently licensed in NC, KY, WV and GA. Her work includes advising clients on qualified retirement plan matters involved in mergers, acquisitions and business sales, including plan terminations, plan mergers and plan compliance. In addition, her estate planning practice concentrates on complex estate planning matters, including the drafting of wills and trusts, estate administration, business succession planning and spear heading family office services. Erin received her undergraduate degree (B.A., with distinction) from Cornell University and her law degree (J.D., with honors) from Emory University School of Law.
Alan B. Felts focuses his practice primarily on litigating and resolving commercial, business and construction disputes. Additionally, he has filed and prosecuted numerous trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and has been involved with litigation involving trademark, service mark, and trade dress infringement in numerous Federal Courts. Alan received his undergraduate degree (B.S.) from Clemson University and his law degree (J.D.) from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Blake P. Hurt focuses his practice on preparing, filing, and prosecuting patents and trademarks before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and copyrights before the U.S. Copyright Office. Additionally, Blake advises clients on the merits of seeking foreign patent and trademark protection around the world, particularly by filing PCT utility patent applications, Hague System design patent applications, and Madrid Protocol trademark applications. He received his undergraduate degree in Cellular Biology from Kalamazoo College and his law degree (J.D.) from Wake Forest University School of Law.
